By accessing and playing Space Odyssey at Orvex Games, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. LICENSE TO PLAY

Orvex Games grants players a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to play Space Odyssey for personal entertainment purposes directly in browser environments.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All game mechanics, assets, audio synthesis, visual code, characters (Arin and Mira), and planetary concepts are the intellectual property of Orvex Games and the development team (Mallikarjun.R, Lakshmi Narasimha N, N Krishna Kowsik, Likith Raj R).

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Space Odyssey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for 60 FPS performance and bug-free gameplay across all supported platforms.
